Plombières - Pistachio

The glaçata is a delicious frozen dessert, composed of two layers of gelato, for a perfect alliance between two recipes. Our Plombières and Pistachio version combines an original flavor and a great classic. Updated by our gelatiere, the Plombières gelato is made with almonds, Corsican citrus fruits, ripened in the sun and then marinated in kirsch, a cherry brandy. As for our Pistachio gelato, it is intensely flavorful thanks to the addition of pistachio paste and praliné.
