BEHIND THE SCENES AT THE MANUFACTURE

Discover the secrets behind the creation of this Lamb, whose fine details require all the more delicacy when handling the chocolate at each stage.

Our Signature Blend 75% dark chocolate is first tempered before being poured into a mold, with its finely chiseled lines, and spread with a brush. It is then crystallized, giving it a brilliant color and allowing it to be unmolded more quickly. Before sealing the two shells, praliné treats are placed inside, to the delight of those who will discover them! Our Lamb is as irresistible on the inside as it is on the outside!

All our creations are handcrafted in Paris, from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bonbon.
