BEHIND THE SCENES OF THE FACTORY

Pig, Cocotte, Lamb and Bunny are made with a 75% Dark chocolate signature or Madagascar 45% milk chocolate coating. Our chocolatiers temper the chocolate before pouring it into a mold and spreading it with a brush. The chocolate then goes through the crystallization step in order to obtain a brilliant color and to allow a quick removal from the mold. Each subject contains one or more types of praline treats: hazelnut, almond or coconut... Once the two shells are sealed, they are ready to be eaten!

All of our creations are handcrafted in Paris, and require mastery and delicacy, at the heart of our chocolate craftsmen's know-how.
